Together we will dive deep with ourselves to loosen the grip of old narratives, suppressed emotions and stagnant energies by leveraging the power of breath and sound. You’ll be given a powerful opportunity to change your relationship with past events, to take charge of your narrative and step into your power.
Continuous, rhythmic breathing patters shine light on the areas of yourself that need processing and pave the path for you to witness, feel and express the emotions that never found an outlet. This is your safe space to work through these dense, stagnant and tense energies and let them go for good.
This journey is magnitized and amplified through powerful, channeled vibrations and frequencies to amplify your journey and invite you to go deeper. The sound frequencies serve as an additional aid to move the energy in your body and to remove blockages.
The combined effects of breath and sound are profound. This integration creates a safe and supportive environment for deep emotional work, where the breath helps in accessing and releasing stored emotions, while sound provides vibrational support that facilitates this release and integration. This practice holds the potential for profound insights, spiritual experiences, and a sense of oneness with the universe.
From the activated breathwork we’ll transition into a generous integration process guided with vibrational sound, allowing you to process this rich journey you just navigated.

- Please abstain from eating within 2 hours prior to the event.
