Awakening within

We are each other’s medicine.

By shifting our awareness of the stories of the land and our part within these stories it allows us to amplify our capacity toward healing in ourselves, our family, our community, our nation and our world. 

Participants will explore aspects of self in connection with their surroundings. Tapping into the senses as they relate to the essences of emotional, mental, physical and spiritual parts of self. We will walk on, sit on, lie upon and possibly float above the land revealing the stories it has to share with us. When we awaken within we may be inspired to sing, meditate, craft, journal and or sit quietly within the story unfolding within us and around us.

We will have the chance to share our gifts and receive the gifts of others and nature.

Awakening within we will experience forest, field and magnificent vistas in Southern Vermont and take away new practices for continued healing.
