BlessFest East Full Day Retreat
BlessFest East: YOUR BODY, THIS EARTH
Full Day Retreat
Join us for a beautiful, relaxing, healing and inspiring day long retreat outside at picturesque Middle Way Farm in The Berkshire Mountains of Massachusetts.
It’s been three years since we’ve gathered on the East coast and we are so looking forward to this intimate time with each other and guest teachers and artists, Adam Bauer, Christine Marie Mason, John de Kadt, and Renata Langner.
This will be a day to truly slow down and connect deeply with yourself, nature and the greater community. Steeped in the natural beauty of this outdoor location replete with panoramic mountain views, ponds, forests and a gorgeous stone fire circle we will dive into the essence of being.
The day will include a slow Somatic Earth Yoga Flow, Kirtan, Elemental Meditation, Forest bathing, Drumstory, and a workshop on Healing Our First Trauma…our separation from nature. We come together to reclaim our connection with earth and self to heal our individual and collective wounds.
Through these sacred practices we will embody ourselves here on this planet more empowered and alive with our spontaneous unconditional joy.
It has been a minute since we all joined in the joy of presence together. We look forward to being with you all.
