Relationships are the foundation of one’s entire life and affect everything. This class teaches language that simplifies how to safely speak to one another, identify feelings, and get important needs met.
In this class, we will create a safe, supportive environment that teaches and practices a powerful communication process that is compassionate and spiritually based. Learning the NVC Nonviolent Communication process has the potential for positive transformation in all types of relationships. Connections internally and externally develop fluency in communication based on clarity and honest disclosure of universal needs in relation to expectations. Conflicts dissolve easily, and connections deepen. A language of the heart is used to understand differences and create unity. The focus is on life affirming communication vs. life alienating communication. This class is didactic, demonstrative, and experiential.

Sarah is a certified NVC trainer and has been teaching NVC to recovery centers, educational institutions, and places of worship, creating and motivating students and teachers to communicate with a ‘reverence for life’ instead of power and manipulation. Sarah is an approved CEU provider.
