Compost and Blossom - Online Equinox Workshop

Join trauma specialist and classical tantra teacher Aimee Rai for a powerful Spring Equinox workshop – "Compost and Blossom". In this workshop we will be working with a combination of self enquiry (bring a pen and paper), simple kriya yoga and potent meditation practice to explore the seasonal turning of the spring equinox in our inner world. The equinox is designed to be a turntable, an opportunity for radical transition. This is a time to prune the ego, to compost what we have struggled to digest and release throughout the last months so that we can plant new seeds, and break and bloom again as the soul seasons intend us to.
