Costa Rica Sacred Chant and Yoga Retreat

• A non-refundable deposit of 1/3 of the total cost of the retreat is required to reserve your space. (We are currently working to set-up a payment plan in the system with 1/3 due at registration, 50% of the balance due on Dec. 1 and the remainder due on Feb.1. If you would like to book with a payment plan before it is set up in this system, please contact me directly.)

• Due to limited spaces available please be aware that our shared accommodations might be mixed gender. Please contact us if you have any concerns or preferences and we will do our best to meet your needs.
• 1/3 of the total cost of the retreat is considered a non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel for any reason, you will receive a refund for the entire amount paid minus the non-refundable deposit of 1/3 of the total cost of the retreat and a 10% administration fee of the total retreat cost before December 1, 2022. Cancellations between December 1 and February 1, 2023 will result in a 50% refund of the total cost of the retreat after subtracting the deposit and 10% administration fee of the total retreat cost. No refunds will be given after February 1, 2023. Due to arrangements made with Tierra Encantada, there can be no exceptions to this policy.
After the deposit is made upon registration, 50% of the remaining balance is due by December 1, 2022 and full payment is due February 1, 2022 unless prior arrangements have been made and authorized.
In case of cancellation, you may transfer your deposit or your reservation to another person as long as you notify us at least 30 days in advance of the program.
We HIGHLY recommend that you consider purchasing Travel Insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance companies like TRAVEL GUARD or insuremytrip.com offer policies that insure your investment in case you need to cancel (including “cancel for any reason” coverages), coverages for expenses incurred due to to weather & travel delays, personal property loss and emergency travel medical. Please review policies carefully to choose the coverage you need.
