- Deity Focus: Each day, we will concentrate on a specific deity. This focus will allow participants to dive deep into the mythology, symbolism, and spiritual significance of each deity, creating a rich, contextual backdrop for the practices of the day.
- 1-2 Chants per Deity: You will learn 1 to 2 chants dedicated to the daily deity. - Yoga Class Themed to the Deity: The yoga sessions each day will be specially themed to the deity of the day. For those traveling to our event, the most common and economical option is to fly into Phoenix. From there, it’s approximately a 2-hour drive to Sedona. Alternatively, you can opt to fly into Flagstaff, which is closer, being about a 45-minute drive away.
Regarding transportation to Sedona, you have a couple of options:
- Car Rental: You can rent a car for the duration of your stay, which offers flexibility and convenience for exploring Sedona and its surroundings.
- Car Sharing: If you’re interested in sharing a car with another participant, let us know. We can assist in connecting you with someone else seeking to share transportation, which can be a cost-effective and sociable option.

It’s important to note the following details regarding the deposit for your stay:
- Deposit Purpose: The deposit you make is specifically for reserving your room. It secures your spot at the estate and ensures that your accommodation is arranged for the duration of the training.
- Non-Refundable Nature: Please be aware that the deposit is non-refundable. This policy is in place to manage accommodations and logistics effectively.
- Cancellation Policy:
- If circumstances arise where you need to cancel your reservation, there is flexibility. You have the option to transfer your deposit to a future retreat or training. This allows you to still benefit from your initial investment at a later date.
- In some cases, a full refund of the deposit may be possible. This scenario is contingent upon your room being reserved by another participant. However, please note that such refunds are granted at the host’s discretion and are not guaranteed.
Understanding these terms will help you plan accordingly and make informed decisions regarding your booking and potential changes to your travel plans.
- Cancellation and Refund Policies:
- More than 120 Days Before Retreat: If you cancel your reservation more than 120 days before the retreat start date, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your payment minus your deposit.
- 119 to 70 Days Before Retreat: For cancellations made between 119 and 70 days before the retreat start date, you will receive a 75% refund of your payment minus your deposit.
- 30 to 69 Days Before Retreat: If you cancel between 30 and 69 days before the retreat start date, you will be refunded 50% of your payment minus your deposit.
- Less Than 29 Days Before Retreat: For cancellations made 29 days or less before the retreat start date, you can apply 30% of your payment towards another training.
- Special Note for Cancellations Within 29 Days:
- For cancellations within this timeframe, exceptions cannot be made for reasons like sickness or injury, except in the form of credit for a future retreat. However, if you can find someone to take your place, arrangements can be made accordingly.
