Learn to Ascend and join our First Sphere Ascension Workshop!

We will be teaching you the first four Ascension Attitudes based in Praise, Gratitude, Love and Compassion. We will offer intellectual information and time to practice using the techniques with our eyes open and eyes closed. You will learn the Art of Ascension as taught by the Ishayas. People who have struggled with closing their eyes for even 5 minutes are surprised how effective and easy this practice is. Join us and gain your own practice for life!
