L’EXPÉRIENCE:
L’expérience Awaken, animée et guidée par Corey Sheikh, le fondateur d’Awaken, professeur de méditation et DJ/producteur, est un flux complet d’événements de respiration, de danse extatique et de voyage sonore. Il est conçu pour amener l’individu à travers un processus de respiration, de mouvement, de méditation et de fréquence, ouvrant les flux de paix intérieure, d’équilibre, de vitalité et de joie.
Les 3 parties de cette expérience se dérouleront les unes après les autres, notamment :
Méditation respiratoire : Ce style de méditation respiratoire est un processus doux qui pénètre dans les couches subtiles du corps et de l’esprit, apportant calme, paix et capacité à explorer les sensations de pensée et les émotions.
Danse Extatique : De l’autre côté du spectre, une danse extatique revigorante et sauvage sur une vague complète de musique comprenant des pièces de «house» organique, d’afro, du techno mélodique, du progressif, du tribal et du Cosmic Ambient.
Intégration du voyage sonore : une descente, un retour dans le corps et dans le calme alors que les fréquences du paysage sonore et la musique ambiante sont utilisées pour ramener l’individu vers un lieu de calme, se terminant là où il a commencé.
Environnement social accueillant et connexion : un environnement social inclusif et sobre pour connecter, planifier et explorer cette expérience entre des personnes partageant les mêmes idées.

COREY SHEIKH – DJ de danse extatique, producteur de musique, professeur de méditation
Corey Sheikh facilite des danses extatiques, des cercles de respiration, des voyages sonores et des séances de méditation par la voie de la musique depuis 2012. Ses voyages musicaux et méditatifs mélangent des sons tirés des mondes de la maison et Techno organique, ethnique, progressive et mélodique ainsi que de l’ambiance méditative et des synthés cosmiques. L’une de ses plus récentes créations musicale unie voix chamaniques, grégoriennes et éthérées avec des rythmes organiques, des tambours terrestres techno et des synthés cosmiques. Tant dans la musique qu’il produit que dans les méditations qu’il guide, l’intention est de susciter la paix intérieure, d’activer une énergie joyeuse latente et d’être dans une présence ancrée. Sheikh présente son expérience principale « AWAKEN » lors de festivals, de retraites et d’événements locaux, soit une exploration de sons, de mouvements, de respirations, de danse et de méditation.

THE EXPERIENCE:
The Awaken Experience, facilitated & Guided by Awaken Founder, Meditation Teacher & DJ/Producer Corey Sheikh, is a full flow of Breathwork, Ecstatic Dance & Sound Journey event. It is designed to bring one through a process of breath, movement, meditation and frequency – opening the flows of inner peace, balance. vitality & Joy.
The 3 Sections of this experience will flow one after each other, including:
Breathwork Meditation: This style of breathwork meditation is a gentle process that moves into the subtle layers of the body & mind, bringing calm, peace and ability to investigate sensations of thought & Emotion.
Ecstatic Dance: On the other side of the spectrum, an invigorating and wild ecstatic dance to a full wave of music including Organic, Afro & Progressive house along with Melodic Techno, Tribal and Cosmic Ambient.
Sound Journey Integration: A come down, back into the body and into quiet as soundscape frequencies & ambient music is used to guide one back to a place of stillness, ending where it began.
Welcoming Social environment & Connection: An inclusive, sober social environment to connect, plan and explore this experience among like minded individuals.

Corey Sheikh has been weaving music through the facilitation of ecstatic dances, breath circles, sound journeys and meditation sessions since 2012. His musical & meditative journeys pull on sounds that blend the worlds of Organic, Shamanic Tribal Fusion, Ethnic, Progressive & Melodic Techno/House along with Meditative space ambient and cosmic synths. One of his newest endeavors in Music Production is the blending of shamanic, Gregorian, and ethereal vocals with the beat of the earthly drum, cosmic synths and organic beats. Both in the music he produces & the meditations he guides hold the intention of eliciting inner peace, activating latent joyful energy and coming into grounded embodied presence. Sheikh offers his main "AWAKEN Experience" at festivals, retreats and local events, which is a weave of sound, movement, breath, dance & meditative exploration.
