This film is based on the ancient tradition of Tibet called ‘Lama Mani. Lama Mani or Manipa are storytellers who tell stories based on Buddhist teachings through the medium of their art. Lama Tashi is also one of them who is spreading the Tibetan arts to the whole world in the modern age. Lama Tashi Norbu is a Tibetan monk, painter, sculptor, and performance artist combining art along with inner peace programs. He was a painter at the residence of 14 Dalai Lama of Tibet in Dharasmasala India, and is the founder of the MUSEUM OF CONTEMPORARY TIBETAN ART in the Netherlands, which is the only Museum in the world of its kind. He is the Ambassador for Tibet and its culture, encouraging and protecting the Tibetan art which is not only focused on the traditions of the past, but it is about the present and future.
He has performed in numerous theatres such as Carnegie Hall in New York along with world renowned musicians and his art is exhibited in various museums and galleries all over the world. Lama Tashi Norbu conveys messages across the globe about the story of Tibet, its cause, its land, its voice
