Module 3 | Weekend Package | Attending In Person

"Embodiment of the Divine: A Course on the Deities of India" is a life enriching course where Jaya Lakshmi and Ananda will share with you the most potent practices they have learned over their many years of dedication and devotion to these deities.  We will awaken, explore, learn, open and embody our connection to them and how they relate to ourselves and our own personal journey. 

Event will be in doors and a 6ft spacing will be allocated to each person.  Masks will be optional.  Participants will also have access to replays of the recordings along with being there in person. *Pre-registration is required to attend. There will be no sales at the door.

10/24 Durga

8am-10am: Sattva Himalayan Yoga Journey | Durga Focus

Pranayama-breath work, ananas-postures, kriyas-dynamic movements, dhyan-meditations, mantras-sonic invocations and visualizations

2pm-4pm: Durga Wisdom Sharing-History, iconography, mantras, visualizations and practical application of the wisdom teachings associated with Durga.

 

10/25 Hanuman

8am-10am: Sattva Himalayan Yoga Journey | Hanuman Focus

Pranayama-breath work, ananas-postures, kriyas-dynamic movements, dhyan-meditations, mantras-sonic invocations and visualizations

2pm-4pm: Hanuman Wisdom Sharing-History, iconography, mantras, visualizations and practical application of the wisdom teachings associated with Hanuman. 

7pm-9pm: Musical evening with chants focused mostly on Hanuman and Durga along with a few heart songs as well.
