Om Mani Padme Hum Meditation

I’m excited to announce that I am starting a Free Monthly Community Meditation (this event is completely free to attend, donations are welcome and 100% of donations will be given to Smiles of Love).

Have you tried to meditate, but can’t stop your thoughts?

Come to this monthly community meditation, where we will use a mantra meditation to help you get out of your head and feel your own body’s energy.

We will start with a simple yet powerful toning technique to balance the body’s chakras, or energy centers. We will then learn and practice the ancient Mantra Meditation: Om Mani Padme Hum.

Please join me in this powerful meditation to relax, rejuvenate, and recharge.
