Planetary Upshift Meditations

Planetary Upshift Meditations is a group meditation journey for healing and planetary upshift. The meditation guides us to drop in and root ourselves deeply in the heart, creating an inner state of “heart coherence”. When we do this practice together we create a group energy field which is amplified in magnitude and power. Finally, we then harness that positive energy utilizing its creative power and direct it intentionally toward uplifting and upshifting the Earth as a planetary body.
