Join us for an Ecstatic Dance ceremony created with the intention of expanding our awareness and Prana (Life Force Energy) into a powerful state of blissful meditativeness and blissful dance. Once our life force energy has been increased, we can use this energy to consciously manifest what we would like to create and offer to our world. We will use Pranayama (Breathwork), Qi Gong, Ceremonial Cacao, and dance to magnify our conscious creation! This is an opportunity to turn inward and feel what your heart truly desires, allow it to manifest and then celebrate the life that you are through dance!
