Pain is the emotion of change. Shadow is the part of ourselves we have silenced. When we welcome in our shadow, we move through pain and grow into greater authenticity and wholeness. SHADOW WORK is a performance and ceremony of release. It is the moment we acknowledge the parts of ourselves we wish to ignore. Through shadow work, we change, we shift, we open —and from the rubble of our past selves is birthed a new reality.
