Shaman & the Swami: Don Jose & Ramakrishna
“Truth is one, the wise call it by many names”   In this intimate and rare experience with masters from two traditions, brothers Don Jose Ruiz and Ramakrishna Ananda, will share teachings from both the Toltec and Vedic paths. We will gather in the pure vibrations of the Texas Hill Country nature for more esoteric teachings and you will take part in a powerful fire ceremony for healing, removing blocks and receiving Divine blessings. Initiations into either of these traditions with these beautiful masters will be possible only on this day. RamakrishnaRamakrishna entered a spiritual life when his step-father Don Miguel Ruiz took him as an apprentice at the age of 17. He worked closely and intensely with Don Miguel in esoteric Toltec shamanism and was named a Nagual of the Eagle Knight lineage, linked through the ancestry of Don Miguel Ruiz. After working with Don Miguel for 10 years, and with his blessing, Ramakrishna moved to India to live and study with a supernatural Indian saint named Swami Kaleshwar.  He lived there for 15 years and is now working in the United States to share the teachings and techniques of the ancient wisdom he studies and practiced and the feet of Sri Kaleshwar.“Candles are different, the light is the same. Religions are different, God is one.”  – Sri KaleshwarDon JoseCombining modern insights with ancient wisdom, don Jose Ruiz dedicates his life to sharing the ancient Toltec wisdom by translating it into practical, everyday life concepts that promote transformation through truth, love and common sense.  Since a young age don Jose has been guided by many teachers in his life including his mother and father, his grandmother Madre Sarita, Yogananda, Shirdi Baba and Sri Kaleshwar. Jose came to ‘silent knowledge’; witnessed the world as it is, without any story.Don Jose and Ramakrishna’s mission is the same as those who have come before—to prepare future masters and to spread peace, love and ancient wisdom.
