My husband and I filmed this New Year message at the Sivananda Yoga Bahamas Ashram as a seed of light to sprout across the world to all of our friends and family. We believe in the power of the word, and the power of our collective love. Thank you to Vikram Pathak for filming us.

Snatam Kaur

Snatam Kaur is an American artist raised in the kundalini yoga tradition. Schooled in kirtan, meditation, and Gurmukhi (the Sanskrit-based language of Sikh scriptures from northern India), she met her first music teacher at the age of six. Her records include The Essential Snatam Kaur and Liberation’s Door. She teaches kundalini yoga and performs kirtan throughout the world.
