Heart Protector Practice & Sound Meditation

The Heart Protection Practice is an advanced permutation of the Heart Circuit that Paul teaches. It is rooted in the ancient “Vajra Shield” of the Tibetan Vajrayana teachings.

 

Learning to protect our heart is an important aspect of awakening the heart center – and of our spiritual evolution. It can be difficult to align with truth, courage and love when one is barraged by distorted external energies. We are not talking about the anatomical heart here – but about the energy center of the heart.

 

This type of subtle energy skill is not typically recognized or taught in contemporary culture, but as one’s spiritual and energetic awareness develops, learning to generate energetic protection is just as important as activating one’s heart light.
This free LiveStream session will include the preliminary Heart Circuit instruction, the Heart Protector practice and a vibrational meditation with Paul’s Tibetan bowls and chanting. It is best to prepare a quiet space for the session with a candle, incense, crystals and good quality speakers or headphones.
