Stress Detox Workshop
This stress detox program is a 2 day (14 hour) immersion experience to detox stress from the body, mind and brain, as well as the toxicity it spreads within and without.
Statistics show stress as the cause of numerous diseases; depression, poor performance, unhealthy team politics, broken systems and families.
The Stress Detox into Oneness Course, created by contemporary Enlightened Masters, Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji, is an interactive meditation program that combines breath, mysticism, contemplation and science. Participants will learn 6 ancient meditative arts to dissolve some of the crucial problems that our own minds and bodies put up as obstacles on our path to well-being, love and achievement. Practicing these 6 meditative arts will lead you into a total detoxing of stress on multiple dimensions of your body and being.
The course is well suited for both those with no previous meditation experience as well as those who have had a lifelong meditation practice.
Friday 9:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-6:00pm with lunch and breaks.
What to bring: Notebook & pen, Yoga mat/blanket, water bottle, comfortable clothes, sack lunch, snacks and walking shoes, if desired. Picnic table with river views and walking trails nearby.
Plenty of free parking. Handicap accessible.
The course fee is $150. Limited number of scholarships available.
