For your support in these challenging times, Loch Kelly, invites you to find your essential loving nature, which can welcome and liberate fear, with this powerful guided meditation.

In this nondual, effortless mindfulness approach, we do not begin by deliberately changing the fearful emotions, but by shifting to discover who or what they are arising to. Rather than fight, control, deny or identify with fear, we can shift into our interconnected true nature, which has the natural loving capacity to welcome, know and liberate fear at its root.

This is an advanced meditation practice that can bring great relief. However, it is not recommended for those who are currently feeling panic or in a state of extreme fear.

Loch Kelly, M.Div., LCSW, is an author, meditation teacher, psychotherapist, and founder of the 501c3 non-profit, Open-Hearted Awareness Institute. Loch teaches in a non-sectarian human being lineage using an adult education style based in the earliest non-dual wisdom traditions, modern science and psychotherapy.
